JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 23 years old
- 24 total months of CDL Class A driving experience
- A minimum of 18 months in the last 3 years
- No DUI/DWI in the last 7 years
- Maximum of 8 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No preventable accidents in the last 3 years
PAY

- .01 CPM anniversary pay based on safety and KPI’s
- $100 paid orientation, 1 day
- $100/Day Breakdown Pay after a full day
- Bi-Weekly Pay
- Headsets and some clothing provided
- $25 extra stops, $75 layover past 24 hours, $75 NYC
- $20 detention per hour after 3 hours, if Paid by Customer
- Tolls paid
- Dry Van: Paid on TMS Miles (similar to Rand HHG)
BONUSES
- $5,000 Sign-on and Stay Bonus – $500 at 6 months + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,500 at 2 years + $2,000 3 years
- Driver Referral Bonus – $2,500 = $100 at 1st dispatch + $200 at 30 days + $200 at 60 days + $1,000 at 1 year + $1,000 at 2 years.
- Platinum Mileage Bonus – .05 CPM for every ELD mile driven over 10,000 miles per month
- Safety Jackpot – includes monthly drawing of all clean inspections, HOS rules, and follows all Safety Standards. Jackpot can include TVs, cash prizes, etc.
